The Directorate comprises two sections namely; Finance & Accounts and Administration & Human resources.The functions of the Directorate are:

To implement finance, accounting, human resources and administration activities;
To allocate and utilize human and financial resources;
To handle personnel matters pertaining to recruitment, renumeration, training, discipline and welfare;
To support other directorates so as to perform their functions effectively and efficiently.
